Hi Sharen and Pauline
Couldn't help getting involved in this one.
I've been having so much problem with "my lot" today I thought I would
try someone else's.
So
If this is Elizabeth's family in 1881 census then with a son called
Samuel Meyler you are lucky that it is not too usual a name.
I found this possible birth reference on the FreeBMD site
(Mar 1870 means the March quarter i.e march april and may)
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Births Mar 1870

MEYLER Samuel John Llanelly 11a 652
Sometimes the first child is born in the wife's family home - you never
know you might be lucky - anyway it gives an idea of possible marriage
dates.
I have William in Pembroke in the 1851 census if you would like it - Let
me know.
Here is the 1881 census entry

Hi Sharen
If you know she was born in 1850 and married a William Meyler - do you have
the marriage certificate -this would give her fathers name.....without
additional information you will not find more information - there are just
to many of this name....
I could look in 1851 census for you then....
Pauline
