Lynn --
Sorry, I checked my notes on Bk 25 of the WSC manuscript and found nothing
for this Samuel Carman -- this only means my notes have nothing, I may not
have noted this branch. This Samuel was a contemporary of William
Stillwell Carman and Tredwell Fleet Carman, both active members of the
Association of Descendants of John and Florence Carman which held a
reunion in 1881 -- at which time Harold (I presume he was a relative)
would have been a member of the Board of Trustees of Brookhaven Town. I
have seen a 19c letter from a Carman who was very annoyed by the
Association's efforts to trace ancestors as he was very busy earning a
living and didnt have time for such things.
Sorry I cant help you with this.
Regards,
Patricia

Is there anything else on this Samuel - like his place of birth or wife's
name or children, parents names or place of burial ? I'll take anything on
him. Really I would. : )
