Finally got into the Family Search Ancestral File on the internet after I
sent you the note below. According to John Clark Gable of Salt Lake City,
the parents of Jacob who married Sarah Heritage were
John Carman & Anne Stockton. Guess I will take his info as being authentic
for now. But still would be interested in finding more about Aaron.
Have you reviewed the new
familysearch.org files? Are you familiar with
Mr. Gable research?

As I go through some of the material I have collected, it gets confusing.
I have the Colonial Marriage Bond for Aaron & Elizabeth
Stevenson. Then
the Burlington County Marriages by H.Stanley Craig. As I look at the way
the records are printed on p.41, it might be that I assumed Jacob, James,
John, & Wm. were Aaron's sons. Reading over the material I have here
this
morning, there is no specific proof for the parentage of these four
fellas
Jacob is my husbands ancestor, if Aaron is not his father, then who is.
The material I have at hand does not state Jacob's parentage. I will
write
some of the other people I have contacted about Aaron and also
continue
to
go through my file of hard copy material.
At the same time, I do not find anything listed for a marriage between
Aaron and a Rachel, nor a son named Wilson. Looks like my quest
continues.
Any additional help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
