Hi Jim,
Found these places and ran across a William, John Sr., John Jr., Cornelius,
Cornelius Jun., Alfred, Levi, A.W., Elizabeth Walker, all Carmacks; and one
Romelius Cormack.
A John Sr. with a date of 1780 is mentioned and in the 1806 Washington
County Virginia Personal Property Tax List there is a John Jr and a John Sr.
listed. Thinking maybe this John Sr. would fit the age range you were
looking for. Vicki

Subject: Where are you?

I have been going thru my e-mail records for the past year or so trying
to identify every John Carmack I can. Specifically, I am looking for
any John Carmack born between 1751 and 1760. My specific John was
listed as 60+ in the 1830 Henry Co. TN Census, and was living with his
son William Carmack b. 1785. John died in Henry Co. in1833.
So, if you have a John in your records born prior to 1760 with definate
birth and/or death dates and place(s) of residence will you forward the
info to me. If you know of any Johns born prior to 1760 that little or
nothing is known about will you alert me? I would appreciate it
greatly. Jim
