William Carmack married Pencey Kent, Craven County, N C, 1809

Daughter Pencey who married Whitcomb is buried in cemetary in Alabama
in
same town where to this day there is a grocery store by the name of
Carmack. Legend says land for cemetary was donated by
Furnifold or Furney Carmack.
