HI all,
I have been reading the interesting info on Abe Carmack. He was my gg
grandfather. His son Robert Carmack was my ggrandfather and his son John D
Carmack was my grandfather. I have been trying to find people from his line.
I have been to the cemetary where they are all buried. It is nice to finally
know that someone else is intersted in that side of the family.
Thanks

Ezekiel M. Carmack was born 27 Feb 1870. This came from Owsley Co Birth
Records. To find out more on Zeak you Need to look at Jackson Co 1880 census
which I don't have. I did look in 1900 & couldnt find him .I recomend also
looking at 1900 Rockcastle Co @ some of the Family went there from Jackson.

Before we leave the subject of the Abraham Carmack family--
I show Ezekiel N. Carmack b. 1870, s/o Abraham Carmack
and Alsie Ann Dean
AND
Ezekiel M. Carmack b. 1888, s/o Isaac Carmack & Rhoda Thomas,
and grandson of Abraham Carmack and Alsie Ann Dean.
Do I have these middle initials right/wrong?? Does anyone know the
middle name of either man? BTW, I understand that Alsie Ann Dean
had a brother named Ezekiel and these two may have been named
for him.
Thanks for your help. --Gail
