Where did you find out that they were Creek Indians? They lived to early to be on the
rolls, but there is one that might be worth taking a look. Why Creek? I figured either
Cherokee or Choctaw. Have you noticed the necklace she is wearing in the photo? It is
native american. I have somewhere a photo of her grandson, do you have one her husband?

Ann Black, wife of Jessie C. Carmack, was daughter of John & Margaret Black
from Elbert Co. GA. I believe they were Creek Indians. I keep thinking I
will look that up, but haven't gotten around to it. Jessie and Ann were my
3rd. Great Grandparents. I have a picture of Ann.
