That sounds exactly right! Thank you ever so much! Do you have any places
etc for Curtis? Should I find him in the 1900 census of Alcorn county.
Better yet, if I do find him would you like a copy of the information?

Hi Paul,
Paul, most of my data has just been collected from bits and pieces of
other
Carmacks and from the internet stuff here and there..I just don't
have a
lot of what you would call 'truly documented' stuff... but her is what I
have on one
Curtis Clifton Carmack b. 14 Feb 1892, d. 30 May 1945. I have his father
as
John Thomas Carmack 1858-1908, mother as Nancy Emmaline Kennedy.
I show Curtis's grandfather to be George Washington Carmack
1823-1882...from there I just have it straight back to one of Cornelius of
1681's son.
I hope this sounds like your Curtis Clifton Carmack and that it helps you
at least a little. I don't have Curtis's wife or family because I don' t
carry my data out much after that time other than my own branch.
Let me know if I can help further.

A single fact can spoil a good genealogy.
