To the Group:
I have received a request from Janet Deck who is looking for information on a Sarah/Sadie
Monday who married a Carmack. Sarah/Sadie is the right age to be the wife of one of the
sons of Levi Carmack and Elizabeth Peters, but so far as I know, they are all accounted
for. Can anyone on the list help her? I would like, also, to know the answer if anyone
recognizes Sarah/Sadie. Thanks for your help. --Gail

She was born about 1828, the daughter of Samuel and Delilah
Rogers Monday. A relative of a fellow Monday researcher says
that Sarah married a Carmack, but he does not know Carmack's
first name. Sadie/Sarah is the only one in the family we cannot
locate. Sadie/Sarah's parents and siblings are in Claiborne County
(TN) from about 1820? through 1880, Except Sadie's older sister
who married and remained in Campbell County the rest of her life
and another sister who married a Clouse in Union. I know this is
really sketchy, but if you would send this out to the Carmack group,
that would be wonderful.
Thanks again, Janet
