Hi Dale,
I have a question or two about FTM...
As you know, I bought that Version 4 and took it back while waiting for the
Ver. 5 to come to our stores. I saw yesterday that they had arrived. But
in two packages...one is a 4 CD pack, and the other is an 11 CD pack (or
maybe 10)...Do you think it is worth the additional cost to get the one
with 11 CDs versus the 4 CD one?
In the meantime, do you remember on your old Ver. 4 when you tried to run
an Ancestor report or outline that it wouldn't do it...and would only run
an Ancestor 'Chart' covering bunches of pages of paper unless you ran a
mini-generational one. Decendent outlines and Reports it will do fine...of
course they are about 25 pages long, but they it works on those. I'd like
to just do the Ancestor report/outline though,...any way to do it on the
Ver. 4 thingy?
Lastly, I still have a mishmash on those Williams who married the
Hartsock/Richards/Walker/Yeary-Ball ladies.. You know I have that one
document showing the deed things and the writeup on William of 1761 and his
marriage to Eliz Walker, their children, and subsequent marriage to
Yeary-Ball and her children from previous marriage to John Ball.
Is there any similar document floating around that does the same for the
William/Hartsock/Yeary-Ball matchup? Ain't it wild!??
If anyone has the REALLY straight poop on these two Willies, I'd sure like
to see it so I can get it straight on my FTM...
Take care Dale, Happy Groundhog Day !!!
