This is Catherine Carlock b.c. 1789, probable dtr. of David Carlock,
Warren Co., KY. I have lots of questions re. Catherine at the bottom
of this. Did she die in Indiana?
1809: Oct. 10, married by Alex Graham, J.P. same day as license.
Marriage witnessed by John Carlock and Samuel McConnel. John Carlock
was the bride's brother. Was McConnel related to the groom or just a
court clerk?

*Had Catherine Carlock Hendricks died by this time? She would have
been at least 36 in 1830.
**Catherine Hendricks who m. Henry Abram was b. Sep. 20, 1809, KY,
making her 21 in 1830. The following year she married Henry Abram (b.
Mar.13, 1813 KY, son of Gabriel Abram Sr. & Elizabeth Skidmore, d. Dec.
5, 1883) on Mar. 28, 1831 in Monroe Co., IN. Catherine Hendricks Abram
d. Dec. 16, 1885. Both bur. Abram Cem., Greene Co., IN. Her death
cert. says her father was James Hendricks. Since James Hendricks &
Catherine Carlock m. Oct. 10, 1909, the same day as their license, and
by a JP rather than preacher, they could have been legitimizing the
early birth of their dtr. the previous month.
***A James Hendrickson married Elzira Monroe 2/16/1847 in Monroe Co.,
IN. Was this the widower of Catherine Carlock Hendricks?
