I used to be a member of your list, but am not for the time being. I am trying to trace
the parentage of my William Vance Carlock ~ one of many by that time. His widow Frances
Carlock died in Wayne Co., MO, in 1890.
Does anyone have access to the 1880 census of Wayne Co. who could look up where she said
her parents were born? I know she was born in N.C.
Thanks so much,
Katheryn Haddad

I do not presently belong to the Carlock List, though I used to. Does anyone have the
1870 US census CD?
I'm trying to figure out what happened to David V. Carlock b. 1837 (would be 33 in
1870) and Ransom (sometimes called Francis) M. Carlock b. 1841 (would be 29 in 1870.
They are children of one of the many William Vance Carlocks. Mine was b.c. 1802 and died
c. 1836 in Missouri. Wife was Fannie.
You may reach me at Haddad1940(a)yahoo.com.
Thanks so much, Katheryn
