This is a follow-up to my previous postings titled "CARLOCK and CEARLOCK Families of
Allen Co. and Warren Co., KY."
The George CARLOCK listed on the 1840 census for Allen Co., KY, at the following site must
be George Washington CARLOCK (b. Apr. 25, 1812, Allen Co., KY), whose son Luther C.
CARLOCK (b. Aug. 29, 1841, KY) was the progenitor of the CEARLOCK family of Stephens Co.,
OK, and the CURLOCK family of Beckham Co., OK:
