It is not certain that William J. Warnock was a "junior" in today's use of the word. No documentation has been found for his middle name. His older brother James was known as "junior" which, then, was used to differentiate a son from another relative of the same name - grandfather, uncle, older cousin, etc.
I don't know where you got your information, but it would seem that someone thought James Jr. & William J. were the same individual.
That I do not have the parents / ancestry of most of the wives, doesn't mean the information may not be out there - only that I have not yet researched most of the "married ins" except for my own line.
Following are immediate families of oldest to youngest son. I left out full dates for the sake of brevity. [Where first name is in parentheses, the individual was known by middle name]:
SAMUEL LAKEN WARNOCK Rachel LOWREY (m. 1906). (Don't have her parents).
Children: Mahala/Matilda (one may be nickname); Sarah Ann "Sally; Elizabeth Floyd "Betsy"; Mary; Jane; Lavinia/Lavina; Andrew Jackson; Teresa; Frank; William Lowrey; James Carlisle.
JAMES WARNOCK, Jr. Rebecca HOWE, b. 1784, d. 1866 (m.1801/2, d/o John William Howe & Mary Ann Waggoner).
Children: Elizabeth; Sarah W. "Sallie"; Matthew Scott, Sr.; Mary; John William Howe; William Howe [not a repeat]; Cynthia; Julia Ann; James Wesley; Matilda; Samuel Price.
(GEORGE)JOHNSON WARNOCK Elizabeth B. "Betsy" FORESTER b. 1780 (m. 1813. Don't have her parents)
Children: Carlisle; Malinda Elizabeth; Martha D.; Robert; James; Teresa; Lavinia.
WILLIAM J. WARNOCK MARY LUCY FORESTER b. 1782 (m. 1806), father, David Forester, mother, Elizabeth ____.
Children: Elizabeth; Lydia; Mary; William; (John) Wesley
[this is my ancestor]; John R.; David F.; Frances W.; America "Mae"; Ann; Malinda Alice "Linnie"; Nancy F.; Cynthia Catherine "Kate".
I have full date & place names for many of these entries and for the wives & descendants of many of the children, but to post them here would be just too time consuming.
