I found it and emailed it to you, and have since found a daughter Rhoda of
Albert and Hannah Covey Carley's who married Cornelius Quackenbush as well as
a Joseph Carley who married a Quackenbush. Joseph may well be the son that I
have been unable to find, but must dig into that possiblility further.
First Joseph Carley iin my records is born 28 March 1669, son of henry &
Elizabeth (white) carley. Killed by Indians 10 Feb 1676, Lancaster.
Next Joseph Carley was son of Bartholomew (brother of above) & Hannah,
born 1692.
Bart & Hannah also had a son named William, b.1717 Marlboro MA. He married
Martha Carter. Among other children, they had a Joseph who may or not be the
same joseph listed in the Virginians in the Revolutionary War document.
Yet another Joseph turns up in my records as 6th son to Job(b.1715) and
sarah Gelson Carley - of marlboro, MA (Job is the son of Abraham and Mary
(French) Carley, Marlboro). Joseph was born 22.oct 1752, d 9.aug 1833.
married Ruhamah Davis at Stow on 2 jan 1781
In the Washburn line yet another Joseph appears, the husband of Sarah
Washburn. He was first born, 7.dec 1751 -probaby escaped to Canada in the
rev. war as a Tory.
Another Joseph who reseided inWhittingham VT his whole life son of Jonathan
carley early 1800's
Further: Joseph Loran Carley b. 1902 in Texas, Joseph Carley Randle b. 1984
new jersey
