Dear John,
I noticed that you answered Donna as well. I had intended to write to you.
You just beat me to the punch. Yes, you know a lot about me and my family.
One correction I should like for you to make: my grandfather Smith was Robert
Peal Smith, not Pearl. Small thing, but I like to correct small errors where
I can.
I will make a GEDCOM of my file if you can use it. I use the LDS PAF3, but
the GEDCOM should translate to most genealogy programs. Also, I have a new
grandson that is just one month old that I'll bet you don't have. He'll be
in the GEDCOM.
I am a member of the Thomas Miner Society and have about 60,000 of them on
record, but I don't think you will want them.
I should like to know more about you and your line from Ephriam Taylor Carle
down to you. Also those beyond Ephriam.
Do you want my GEDCOM?
Smitty
