Hi Debbie,
I too find it very difficult to help many people on the various Lists that I
belong to because I do not know where they are looking for the person from
the information given. Something's it is because they use an abbreviation
that I am not familiar with or even worse no place at all. Sometimes I thing
I maybe able to help but I am not going to waste my time trying to work out
were the person wants the "look-up" carried out if they cannot submit a
query that is easy to read for everyone.
It does seem that most of the requests for help (that are impossible to
understand) that are posted come from people in the USA. They do come from
other countries as well, but it is certainly the majority that come from
someone living in the USA.
Can I just finish by saying that you should never use any abbreviations when
you are asking for help and that you should give as much information as is
known to you.
Talk to you later.
Best regards,
