Group,
Just a heads up to all you Cardwell family researchers. As some of you
already know I've been working on publishing a book on the Cardwell family.
Rather than a project that includes ALL the family, I've broken it down into
a series so that each one covers a branch. That way I can get the
information out faster than waiting on getting three file cabinets compiled
and indexed.
I am currently working on the last stages of the first of the series. It is
on the Rev. Perrin Cardwell that settled in Knox County, Tn and this
descendents. The work will be around fifty pages and will include an index.
Much new information on this line will be given and it will also include
information on African-American members of our family. As Perrin owned
slaves that carried the family name after they were freed from slavery. It
includes information on his descendants in several states. From Tennessee
and Virginia to Washington State and many more.
I would like to get an idea on the number of folks interested in purchasing
a copy to ensure that I can cut the printing cost by doing it in volume.
Drop me a private email at kahuna(a)netramp.net if you would be interested in
a copy. No obligation to buy as I'm just getting an idea of the interest
level. Cost should be around $30 plus shipping.
Thanks,
Rand Cardwell
PS. The next project will be the John and Keziah Law Cardwell branch.
