Hi everyone
am doing a bit of checking around some old listings/files and as I come
across the odd CARDEN names I will place them here in case someone is
seeking out a lost soul that belongs in their branch - you never know it may
just help someone.
The following is a TICKET OF LEAVE for NSW for a convict sent out to the
colony and has now served his time and is allowed to settle as a free person
so if he is yours "good luck". Perhaps this was on the QT in the old
country when he was sent out as a convict.
First name: Francis
Ship: Surry
Year: 1823
Last name: Carden
Native place:
Trade or calling:
District:
Ticket no.: 27/128
State Records shelf ref: 4/4063
State Records reel no: 909
Hope it helps someone.
