Now this sounds like one reunion that this Southern girl might get to go
to!!! I live right next door in Mississippi and have family in the area,
lived in Covington for several years, just north of Mandeville, and would
love to meet some of the other "cousins"!!
As most of you know, our Carden connections are on
www.lightpatch.com
Would appreciate hearing from Ann about her Carden line.
Please keep the updates coming...and I will contact Ann as soon as I have a
few minutes to put thoughts together :) Thanks much Arthur!
Regards,
Cathy Thompson

Subject: [Carden] Carden Reunion in Louisiana
Ann Hall has kindly given me permission to post the announcement
below.
If
only I could spare the cash and time to fly over from England to join
this
Carden gathering! I hope some local listers will be able to do so. In
any
case, I am sure everyone will be delighted to hear of this event.
Ann's
full name is Vivian "Ann" Parker Hall, of Abita Springs, Louisiana. Her
work email is vhall(a)dhh.la.gov and personal is annphall(a)hotmail.com.
Ann has asked me to arrange for a DNA test kit to go to one of her Carden
uncles. I am sending her some Carden literature to display at her reunion
and I hope others will do so too.
Congratulations, Ann and family!
Arthur Carden of Horsham, England.
