Hi Arthur and fellow listers,
Apologies for the very long delay in getting in touch with you and the list. Due to
health problems I have lost track of many interests this last year, but thankfully things
are on the up and I'm sitting up and taking notice again. My computer too has
been poorly and I was offline for a while. Now I have a new e-mail address as
follows.

With regard to the Genealogy Festival in Sligo, Arthur, sadly I don't think we can
make it. In any case we would have to go by sea as you will never get Fred up in a
plane Last time I wrote to you I mentioned a young man, Stephen Carden, who had
been to visit us. He is 2nd cousin to Fred, and was interested in having a DNA test.
He gave me his phone number and I said I would get in touch with you about the test, and
you wrote back asking for his address. This is a good while ago now and recently
when I tried to phone him the number was unobtainable. He may have moved or changed
his number but I will try to track him down through the family.
Welcome to anyone who has recently joined the list. Here is a brief note of our
Carden family.
