Could it have been Robert CARDEN, s/o Larkin CARDEN, Sr. & Jean CASON? His parents
were married in 1775, so a death in 1830 would be reasonable. I do not have his
birthdate, deathdate, or spouse's name, so
I don't know about Mary.

1st: Samuel A. McKenzey, 2nd: Eli Cleveland, 3rd: Hugh Smith; Samuel A.
McKenzy stands bound by his obligation to pay Hugh Smith $313; in
consideration of $10 paid by Eli Cleveland to Hugh Smith, Samuel MeKenzy
hath sold to Eli Cleveland all right to a lot and buildings in to of
Philadelphia, lot No. 12; also 1 fine cotton gin that is now running on the
land of Wm Blair; also one other cotton gin McKenzy bought at the sale of
Robt. Carden, dec'd; 1 yoke of oxen; to hold in case Samuel A. McKenzy shall
fail to pay, Hugh Smith, then Eli Cleveland shall proceed to sell above
mentioned property for ready money to satisfy debt and all necessary
expenses of sale; if McKenzy doth pay Hugh Smith then this to be void.
