Well gang, there's 15 of us now. Not bad for 3 days!
I mentioned that a roll-call would be a good way to start, so I'll start
off.
1st off, let me tell you about my research. I am very document-driven. I
love to know what others have found, but without some shred of proof, it's
only a starting point for me.
2nd I use Family tree maker 5.0b
3rd My stuff is available at
http://www.familytreemaker.com/users/d/a/n/Jim-Danforth/
4th I have a cd-writer that I scan all my documents and photos to for
archival purposes.
5th Lastly, if you have a sharp eye, you will notice that this is not even
my line! It's my wife's (and son's).
So tell us all about you and a bit of what you know!
Here's what I know at the top.

Hi Jim,
I'm also interested in that last name. I'm not from Arkansas, but my Dad
is, and Pea Ridge is his home town. My maiden name is Patterson, and my g-
grandpa, Robert Hall Patterson's wife was Marilda Adiline Carden/Cardin.
She died in 1900, and was burried in the Patterson Cemetery. They had two
son's that I know of, William Thomas Patterson, and Sterling Price Patterson
(who is my grandpa), all from Pea Ridge. I am interested to know if there
is any
connection.
Have a great time in Arkansas, and happy hunting.
Trish
Trish's information proved trustworthy, and has since been added
to the
family information. This added the "Lost Line" of Marilda Cardin.
