I've "rescued" five old photographs all belonging to the LARGE Family of
Illinois. They are as follows:
1 - Baby LARGE - taken at the J. V. Hover Studio in Pana, IL in the 1870's
or 1880's, note - Nerves LARGE'S first baby. "Nerves" must be nickname
for
Minerva?
2 - Bellville LARGE - taken at the Tracy Studio in Pana, IL in the 1890's or
early 1900's, girl in her teens - guessing that "Bellville" is a
misspelling
of Belva?
3 - Noah LARGE's House - taken in the 1880's including couple standing in
front with what appears to be 5 children and Mother likely pregnant in
photograph
4 - Noah H. LARGE of Millersville, IL - taken at the Wheeler Studio in
Taylorville, IL likely in the 1900's with Noah appearing to be in his 60's
at the time
5 - Harry, Nile, Rodel, and Ralph LARGE - taken at the Wheeler Studio in
Taylorville, IL most likely in the early 1900's with all appearing to be 10
years to 20's at the time
