The Title you refer to is a set of microfilms available through LDS records.
You should be able to gain access to copies of these microfilms at a Family
History Center near you. If you search the library section on the
familysearch web site you will be able to find the location of a center near
you. If you search by author you can find details about this and other
works by Villa Maxine Phelps Lines.
Rather than a formal 'book', the microfilm is a compilation of research into
the Descendants of Richard Card and his Wife Rebecca. Each of the 3 Sons,
James, Job and Joseph is carried through research up to about 1981. There
is also some data presented that covers other CARD families that could not
be shown as being related to the 3 sons of Richard and Rebecca.
I will note that a second Author, Mary Card Yarnell is as I understand it
responsible for much of the material presented in this set of microfilms.
Maxine was related through the Job branch of the tree and Mary's interest
was in the James branch.
I have extensive knowledge of the contents of this set of documents. I
reference this as the source of much of my online tree of the same name on
Rootsweb. I don't have much time to apply to this subject, but I wished to
offer help in finding this massive source of information to anyone who is
related to one of these three CARD branches.
I hope this proves helpful.

Subject: [CARD] Card book - "Descendants of Richard Card....."
Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain a copy of the book
"Descendants of Richard Card and his wife, Rebecca, 1596 - 1918," by
Maxine Phelps
Lines.
I'm trying to establish the birth of my ggrandmother, Sarah Lavantia CARD
for membership into the Mayflower Society.... She was born 4 Apr 1832 in
Ossian, Allegany, NY.
Any help would be most appreciated.
Sincerely,
Mike
