You have to use some devious methods sometimes.
When you do get a few facts about Susan's family, send her a family
group sheet. I usually ask if the person wants to add some information
or correct errors. I usually show women about five years older than I
know they are.
Sometimes the age is corrected if nothing else. You never know what will
reach folks.
