Hi Tracey:
My Carbery/Carberrys were located in Westmeath in Killucan area on the Royal
Canal. As far as I know the only Carberry's that came to the US were
Catherine, my grandmother, Elizabeth, Annie, Bridget and Michael. They
located in Cleveland, Ohio, area and arrived around the 1890s.

hi, i am doing my family history and i have a Bridget Carberry born about 1843
in county meath,to James Carberry and his wife Katherine Goggins.
Bridget had been married possibley to some one named Carbreye and had a son
John.
She traveled to the united states in 1863,leaving her cousin Rose Carberry in
New York.
Bridget joined her married sister Mary Carberry-Curtis in Mclean county,illinois
in 1863, and bridget also married a Patrick Leonard.
would like family information on the Carberry's and Goggins families of county
meath.
