Francis Capstick (b ? 1810) married Maria Mc Dermott (b ? 1831)
Francis died 21/4/1863 - Age 53 - of Paralysis at 9 Henry St, Barnsbury - Registration
District Islington - Informant was R. Capstick present at his death. (This occurred 7
months before the birth of his second son).

1881 census shows 21, Esher Road, Islington. Mother now Maria Page.

My Grandfather at the time of his marriage was a Corporal 8th Hussars, The Cavalry
Barracks, St James. After this becoming a Prison Warder at Norwich Prison. He died in
Leeds North. A number of his children & descendants were or are still in Yorkshire.
If anybody could help before 1810 or enlighten me as to the R Capstick who may have been a
Station Master at Harold Wood Station in Essex, l would be very grateful.
