Hi Tim,
My good friend Marion Maychell pointed my in your direction. I am looking for
Thomas Robert Blackstone Capstick born Abt. 1854 in Islington East Middlesex,
married to Selina Elizabeth Judier. The first son is Ernest born October
19,1887 in London, then they had four more children William Thomas born October
13,1895, May born May 7, 1898, Dorothy born January 7, 1900 and Stanley born
June 9, 1901. As you can see there is an eight year gap between Ernest and the
other siblings. I had Earnest's' mothers name as Elizabeth Ann ? and when I
found Selina Elizabeth I thought it must have been a mistake on the death
certificate, but now I wonder if Thomas was not married before. If he was
married before his first wife either died or they got divorced in England,,
because he came to South Africa with Selina. Anyone have any suggestions or
know of this family. Thomas parents were George Capstick and Fanny Wilson.
Kind regards.
Shani - South Africa

Hi Shani --
Your message got through. Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm Tim
Capstack, the listowner for CAPSTACK-L. We've been a pretty low-volume
list, but hoping to change that as people's research starts to overlap and
connections are made!
To facilitate that, I've been asking people to either post a little about
themselves and their research (where ancestors are from, to whom you're
related, who you're still looking for, etc.) and/or provide a pointer to
your family history web site. So, whenever you're ready, we're all waiting
to hear from you!
