First I direct my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my

come into the hands of my executor.

death the sum of $100.00
Third I give and bequeath to my daughter Tinnie Perry and her heirs at her
death the sum of $100.00

the sum of $100.00
Fifth I give and bequeath to my son J R Cochran and his heirs at his death
the sum of $100.00
Sixth I give and bequeath to my grandson Lee Cochran and his heirs at his
death the sum of $100.00
Seventh I give and bequeth to J D Cochran Tinnie Perry G B Cochran J R
Cochran Harry Cochran and Lee Cochran the balance and residue of my
property both personal and real if any I have to be equally divided among as
mentoned and named. My reasons for not giving Harry Cochran the sum of
$100.00 as given herin to the above named children is because I have already
given him his $100.00 but he is to share equally with J D Cochran Tinnie
Perry G B Cochran J R Cochran and Lee Cochran in the balance and residue
of my property.
The gifts and bequests herein made above are to be used by the said children
as they may deem best and if any of same is left at their death, then it is
to go to their heirs as above directed.
My reason for not giving and bequeathing anything to my daughter Delia
Richmond my son Shaddy Cochran who now lives in Missouri my grandsons Henry
and Ephriem Capps and my grandaughter Fannie Cappss· because of their bad
treatment and almost total disrespect towards me in my old age. it is
therfore my intention in this will to give them nothing. Lastly I do hereby
nominate and appoint J B Cochran my executor
