Not necessarily. I've several Capps from William and Anna (Fly) Capps, of
Weakley Co TN who made the move to Dent Co MO and area. Elisha Fly Capps,
moved to MO after a bitter dispute over his father's estate ( above William
of Weakley Co) as did a couple of his brothers. One was mortally wounded in
Battle of Wilson's Creek, and died a few day after battle, at home of his
brother.
