Thank you for writing- as of now none of those names are familiar to me.
My Capps go back to NC late 1700's and migrated into TN, IL and MO. Capps
and Quicks intermarried ....My third great grandparents were Jacob Quick
2nd and Phoebe Capps, who married in KY then moved to MO around 1811. My
second great grandparents were Jacob Quick 3rd and Sarah Capps who probably
married in MO, My other second great grandparents were Rev. Jacob Capps and
Naomi Cook who married in IL and moved to MO. My great grandparents were
Bazlith Quick (son of Jacob and Sarah) and Leah Capps (daughter of Rev.
Jacob Capps and Naomi Cook. Phoebe Capps was the daughter of Thomas Capps of
NC--do not know her mother's name. Anything familiar here? Edith in MO

Hello. My name is Walter Goff. My paternal grandparents were Morris Levy
Goff and Rebecca Eugenia Capps. She lived from 1918 (Barnesville, Pike,
Georgia) to 1973 (Cordele, Crisp, Georgia). Her parents were Eddie Capps
1881 in Georgia to 1967 (Cordele, Crisp, Georgia) and Molly Eugenia Childs
1886 in Georgia to 1971 (Cordele, Crisp, Georgia). I believe Eddie's parents
were James Russel Capps about 1849 in Upson, Georgia to 1907 and Martha
Ellen Yates 1849 Georgia to 1937. His grandparents were probably, but I'm
not for certain, John Capps 1807 South Carolina - 1878 Upson County, Georgia
and Sarah Wilkinson born about 1813 in South Carolina.
If any of these names are familiar to you, please let me know. My address
is goffswhr(a)yahoo.com
Thanks,
Walter Goff
