Looking for information on Eli CAPPS and his son, James A. CAPPS. Eli was, according to
one source (unconfirmed), related to John (RW soldier) and Jane CAPPS of Sumter Co, SC.
Eli CAPPS was born 1780-1790, and died Aft. 1840. He married MRS. CAPPS.
