Will of WILLIAM CAPPS Dated Oct. 11 1743
Proven April 1744
I, William Capps of Lynnhaven Parish...give unto my son
FRANCIS...1 Cow & pigg..my loving wife ELIZABETH full
use of my land...if she should dye then...unto my sonn
HENRY, daughter SARAH and son HORATIO to be divided
equally...son GEORGE CAPPS my plantation, & land adjoining.
George to pay his brothers, HORATIO, & JOHN each 50 shillings
when they come of age and likewise my son RICHARD, to
have the use of a peace of land..it is my desire that son
George Capps be sole executor...
