Very interesting insight to the Capewell Family and how they thought of themselves! Great
piece of social history! I stumbled across this through searching for Nellie Capewell (My
Grandmother)from the FRADSWELL/Cookshill?Caverswall Capewells - Staffs UK. I found a
Nellie (not her) living in Trenton, New Jersey that had been sent poisoned cream puffs to
murder her!? (Heres the New York Times link if you're related!

I think that may warrant a separate post.
So I did a search looking for a connection between the Trenton, NJ and my Fradswell
Capewells....and this came up. Not sure if any of you have seen this. Its name has been
banded about and I know you can buy copies of it from the US. but I thought Id post a link
to an online scan of an original.

There was a second one published in 1907 (incorrectly attributed to 1909) so if anyone
finds a copy of that Id be very interested.
James Capewell from 'Fradeswell' is on page 41 No13 ;)
Ive also attached a few items that are related to my Capewells that came orig from
Doglands farm. So if anyone has anthing interesting on my recent relatives please email
me on johnson.mike(a)talk21.com. Id especially love to find any relatives to my Gran
(Nellie). Her Dad was Thomas Capewell 1870 & her brothers and sisters were,Carlos,
Aubrey, Sydney, Contance & Doris. Desperate to find any pics as I have none!
Cheers all.
Mike
