I have come across a quilt which is obviously a family quilt. It is
dated
1932. There are the following names on the quilt.
Billy Frank Cantrell, Gracie Mae Cantrell, Emma Cantrell, Maxene Cantrell,
Lucile Barnes, Bobbie Barns, Buford Box, Mattie Box, cousin Arthur Tate,
Florine Toon, Beatrice Austin, Opal Hallman, Uncle Ople, Aunt Lonnie,
Lucille B.
and Aunt Willie. One square reads "Milam 1932. This may be the
location where
the quilt was made?
I would like to locate any descendants of these people to try to return the
quilt to the family.

This may or may not help but I found a good deal of those names in the
Delta Co. TX area during the 1930 census. There is a Texas town in Sabine
Co. I think called Milam. You might want to post on both of those TX county
lists looking for any descendants.

Hope this helps
