My mother's name was Emma Bradshaw Cantley. Since her maiden name was
Bradshaw, this wouldn't be the same one. Thanks for the message!

My great-grandmother was Emma Cantley. On her death certificate her
mother is listed as unknown and father as H. Cantley. She was born in
1845 and died in 1918 in Charleston, SC.
She was said to have come as a teacher to the household of Dr. Robert
Limehouse and Mary Hill. Dr. Robert's father was Thomas Limehouse and
mother was Maria Harley. Family does not know if Emma was kin to perhaps
the Hill or Harley families. Some ancestors said they thought her mother
was a McCracken from North Carolina.
