Will of John Cannon...ye use of all my estate to my Loving Wife Sarah Cannon
dureing hir natral life or widowhood; to my son Eles Cannon, 50 acres to be
of an eaqule bredth fron botem to ye top; to my son Mason Cannon, 75 acres
of land soposed to be the half of the Remainder of the patent, joyning
Eleses; the other half of ye sd. patent land, to my son Jesse Cannon, my
will and desire in that my estate be all keept to gather as Long as My sons
and Dafter lives single and all ye stock of all Kinds for ther mothers
mentainance; to my dafter Lidde Cannon, one fether bed and firnture, at the
day of maredge; as soon as my stock can be spared that Elizabeth Smith have
a cow and calf; my dafter Lidde Cannon to have a cow and a calf; my two
mullato children be and live with my loving wife dureing his natral life and
after hir decese that frances ye mullato garl to bloing to my son Mason
Cannon; the other boy David to my son Jessee Cannon;
the entre of land thatI mad round my other land or joyning ye uper side when
the Wrights is got from the land office I give to my son Jesse Cannon and my
son Mason Cannon to be eaqle devided; wife, sons Mason and Jesse Cannon, exrs.
