Kildysert is Killadysert - could have been a slip of the typing fingers.
I am researching in Co. Clare, but on the other side of the Fergus,
in East Clare. If you let me know what you have on your Cannons, I
can indicate what resources are your best sources to get to the infor-
mation you want. Unfortunately, I just got a message from a fellow
doing Killadysert research, who moreover is a volunteer at his local
LDS FHC, and he says the church has not allowed the R.C. parish
records for that area to be released to the public.
I am looking for John and Bridget Cannon, in Pennsylvania in the late
1800s. Bridget was born a Donnellan, about 1832 in East Clare.
The date of the marriage is unknown, nor her emigration. I am not
sure of the husband's first name, and the last name might have been
Cuneen, which is fairly common in East Clare. She supplied informa-
tion for old-age home in 1907, when she was a widow, having had four children, two of whom
were living. She said
the name was Cannon but she was illiterate so she could not spell it nor check how it
was spelled. She died in 1916.

saidd the name as Cannon
