Hi,
Sorry I cant help you on your family history that side of the pond, I have
no records yet that indicate that any of my Cannons went to America, but
they were large families. They were from Berkshire, mainly the towns of
Cookham, Bray, Reading, Maidenhead, the first record being John Cannon who
was christened at Cookham Church on 10th April 1655.
Any other queries please let me know,
Best Wishes,
Ian Wilson Cannon.

Subject: [CANNON] Adam Cannon
hello, I'm interested in Adam Cannon who enlisted in the Union Army from
Gibson Co. Indiana, and died at Andersonville Prison. He was born in
Kentucky about 1837. I'd like to find out if he's related to the William
Cannon who married Abigail Abarella Williams in South Carolina, from whose
parents I'm descended. Thanks for any help you can give me. --Nancy
