As far as I know all Methodist churches and circuit records, from
the
beginnings of the church in every state, are stored at some central
library or archives, usually on a Methodist College campus. Even back
in the early days, there were regular quarterly meetings which had
records of deaths, marriages, birthday, baptisms and letters moved or
accepted. Once a year there was an annual meeting. They always kept
minutes of all of these meetings. The churches themselves may have
their own copies. You might check with any Methodist college in Ky and
see what they suggest as to the location of the records for that state/
