I posted the original query on several of our surname variation lists and have received
many responses. No one has ever seen the item in question.
FOR THE RECORD: I never said I believed Henry Kinne's Ancestry was traced back 125
generations. I merely asked if anyone had seen the item by that title that Robertson
mentioned in her book.
By the way, if you look up Robertson in the Family History Library (LDS) catalog (it's
online) - you will see she has a couple of items associated with her Loveless/Lovelace
line that are "from Adam" (these are more than 125 generations). The
description of one says " 2 leaves" so perhaps these are two large pieces of
paper.
I have never been in the "Adam and Eve" camp myself - although I do know that
some folks do claim such ancestry. Beyond that statement, I have no desire to participate
in a debate on that subject.
