Hello all. My Cannells were thought to have descended from those in the
Isle of Man but as of yet I have found no connection. The earliest
Cannells
in my family descended from Swardeston, Norfolk, England in the 1600s
and
my
great-grandfather moved to London, England in the 1800s.
Most of my Cannells were Cattle Dealers and our Butchers. They owned
property and/or owned Public Houses.
I have information on many Cannells in the Norfolk, England and would be
willing to exchange information.
