Hi!
Been off line for a couple of days and was suprised to come back and
find this a happening!
My grandfather was a Canady from SE Georgia (Swainsboro, Emanuel
Co.). They have been there since at least 1800. I am still researching
them.
My mother sent me a small pamphet she found about the Canadys in SE
Georgia; so far I do not see any connection to our family but one never
knows. I have not been doing a lot of research on this family of late, as
I have been trying to break a dead end on another line, but when I locate
it, I would be glad to share the information. They are pretty convoluted,
so it is very interesting doing research in this area.
This is great!

Dear Linda,
Would you know of any of the Canadys that lived in southeast Georgia?
