To what Cannaday line are you referring? I'm just butting in on your
message to the Canaday line. I descend from William and Nancy Canaday of
Franklin Co. Va. in the late 1700's but were first in N.C. Did you know
that a number of the Canadays were members of the Society of Friends? I
just republished one of my books which include a lot of early Canaday
information in it but have not researched the later N.C. family. Billie in
