Michael,
Many thanks for directing people to the right web site - some of the others
only confuse by having the wrong tartan and they do not respond when asked
to change it.
All best, Diarmid

Hello Jeff,
In regards to tartans, the tartan approved, for lack of a better word, by
the chief
for all Campbells to wear, is known in the trade, as Ancient
Campbell, Black Watch is considered the same, just darker, and also on the
list of approved tartans. There are three other tartans, associated with
branches, Breadalbane, Cawdor and Loudoun.
A great deal more may be obtained on the Societies Website,
www.ccsna.org.
Hope I have been of some assistance,
Yours aye,
Michael Fisher
