Hello Tom,
Thank you for answering. I have emailed MSN and immediately my email
started coming in. I let them know that I was very unhappy and that I am
thinking of changing to DSL. They make me mad anyway, because they
disconnect me when I am writing an email to someone and I lose my train of
thought. We'll see how it goes. Thank you again for helping me.
Carolyn in Oklahoma

Carolyn,
MSN is rejecting all mail from Rootsweb and is not helping hardly at all
to
rectify the problem. Many MSN subscribers are bouncing off the lists.
It
would be best if you, as a MSN subscriber, would call them and ask for
tech
support supervisors until you get at least to level 3. Others have a
canned
speel to give on the phone and they say it is not their fault, but
it
really is. The level 3 supervisors are aware of the problem. What is
really
needed is for all MSN subscribers to call and complain about not
receiving
requested mail.
Sorry,
Tom Hesler, Campbell List Manager
