Our line shows Donald Cambell (not sure about spelling, yet) as Donald's son
was illiterate, which could cause the misspelling or maybe Irish Cambells?
Donald is stated as a blacksmith.
"unknown mother"
Looking for a birth certificate of Hugh Cambell (?) born apparently
Victoria, Australia
1862-1869 depending on which certificate you are looking at!
So we presume Donald was here (with a partner) around this time.
If only we knew.

Hi, Not sure where the line originated from, they are a branch that
married
into my family, so the head of the line was born in Australia and am
interested in him down,cheers, Ainslee
