Part of 75 acres which grantor inherited on the death of his brother James
and by will of his father Charles Campbell, which came to him by deed of
Leonard Gibbon dated 3 Apr 1733, being part of 5600 acres devised by Francis
Gibbon by will of 3 Oct 1727 to "Leonard Gibbons and icholas Gibbons his
brothers, sons of Arthur Gibbons", and deeded by coveyances, and by the will
of Edmond Gibbons, formerly of Bennendon, County Kent, Gent., but later of
New York, merchant.

Ano. Unrecorded deed of 1783 is from Thomas Platts, q.v., whose grandfather
