I don't man to hijack anything here but I have a question for Sgt. Sam or
anyone in the general area regarding the Russell County Census and its
records.
For anyone who might know what were the Upper and Lower Districts? What and
how was Russell County divided to know the difference? Or was it an actual
line on a map or more of an imaginary mark?
